Stichting Handboekbinden organizes exams for Qualified Handbookbinder, excursions to libraries, museums, archives, tanneries, binderies, etc., has a bookdoctor-service and publishes 'Het Boek Uitvergroot' (The Book Enlarged), a serial publication in which all aspects of the handbound book are dealt with.
